We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead data science initiatives and develop advanced analytics solutions for our enterprise clients. Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
  • Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar)
  • Proven track record of delivering business impact through data science
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
  • Knowledge of causal inference and econometric methods
  • Experience with time series forecasting at scale
  • Background in optimization and operations research
  • Published research in relevant fields
