🔧 Enable Real-Time GA4 Data

To display live Google Analytics 4 data in this dashboard, you need to set up a service account:

  1. Go to Google Cloud Console → Create Service Account
  2. Download JSON credentials file
  3. Grant service account "Viewer" access to your GA4 property
  4. Upload credentials via Settings → Secrets panel as GA4_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_KEY

Once configured, this dashboard will automatically fetch real-time metrics from GA4.
